Accommodation regulations
Fees and payment
(*) We charge JPY150 hot spring usage fee on top of the accommodation fee in accordance to the lay of Ashibetsu city (not applicable to elementary school kids or below).
(*) We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, etc.)
(*) Cancellation fee- 100% for same day cancellation; 50% for one-day advanced cancellation, up to 30% for 3-day advanced cancellation, and up to 10% for 7-day advance cancellation.
Hotel complex, baths, and common areas
(*) Public bath 05:00 am – 12:00 midnight
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available. Please use the towels and wears at your room.
The bath is closed between 12:00 midnight – 05:00 a.m. for cleaning.
No entry to public bath for people who are drunk or with tattoo.
(*) Forest library and after-bath lounge are open for hotel guest from 05:00 am to 12:00 midnight.
(*) Complimentary welcoming service at "Starry lounge" hotel guest exclusive lounge and amenity service for selection.
(*) Our hotel is smoke-free. Please smoke at the smoking area on the 2nd floor.
Cleaning fee would be charged if smoking is found.
Children's bed sharing
Each adult guest can share his/her bed with one child.
No charge for children under the age of 3, meal charges for children aged 3 or above.
